If you are working out large groups of Athletes but don’t have the space for GHD’s, we have the answer for you. A light weight, easy to use, easier to store, Team GHD. With the assistance of a partner this GHD can be used on all types of surfaces indoors our out. Constructed with 1/4” Aluminum cut with Laser and with heavy duty vinyl covered foam pads. The Team GHD weighs only 35lbs and is easy to move to your workout. We hear all to often from coaches they would love to incorporate more Glute Ham strength into their programs but just don’t have the money or the space. Well we have solved both of these issues at the same time. If bought in groups of 5, we also have a storage strip that can be attached to metal, wood, or concrete walls where these GHD’s can be seeded and stored nice and neat out of the way.
